At DAU, each category of our awards has an independent jury, which has complete freedom to propose candidates and vote in two rounds. This formula allows us to reward the best in each area, thanks to the experience and dedication of our jurors. Here’s how each jury is formed:

🌟 A Life Dedicated to Gaming: The ones responsible for choosing this special award are the winners of this category from the last two editions. They know better than anyone what it means to dedicate oneself to gaming and are tasked with recognizing an exceptional career.

🎲 Best Author: The jury that selects the most outstanding authors is made up of the winners of the Best Author and Best New Author categories from the last three editions. A group of creative experts who recognize the brightest minds in game creation.

🌱 Best New Author: In this category, the jury is a group of expert influencers in the sector, recognized for their experience and knowledge of the current landscape. These are professionals who closely follow the latest trends and know how to identify emerging talents with the greatest potential.

🎨 Best Artist: This award is decided by a jury of true art and design enthusiasts. It is made up of the winners of Best Artist from the last two editions, as well as the artist behind the DAU poster of this year, who brings their unique artistic vision.
